Scream Park Welcomes Doug Bradley!

Doug Bradley

Scream Park is proud to welcome aboard Doug Bradley! Mr. Bradley is making a walk-on cameo in a one-day shoot this fall for our film as the evil owner of the theme park.

Many of us involved with Scream Park were mere pups in high school when Clive Barker's 'Hellraiser' hit the big screen.  We remember when we first saw the Cenobites and were stunned by their design and the mythology that followed in the sequels.

Mr. Bradley is contributing his time and incredible talent to us as a favor and we couldn't be more grateful!

We’ve also released our new look website, designed by the wicked crew over at Rough Ride Creations.  We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Feel free to post your thoughts about the new site!

We’ve whittled down over 300 entries for casting (and they keep coming in!) to about 10% of that. Those folks have submitted video auditions that we’re currently reviewing and taking notes. The plan is to have an announced cast by late September for all to see.  Stay tuned!

New Teaser Trailer in Production

Hi Screamers!

Here’s this week’s update for all of us.

We’re shooting a new teaser! Our previous video associated with the project showed a ‘day after’ news report about the murders in the park. This will be a more traditional teaser, using the camera we plan on shooting the film with. It will be a good look for everyone out there to see the style we have in mind for the project. We’re shooting this weekend, and hope to have something up soon!

We’ve also sorted through all of our head shot submissions (over 300!) and have begun doing video taped auditions for those we’ve selected. We hope to have photos and character descriptions up and available as we cast.

Pittsburgh local and 80s horror icon Tom Savini has expressed interest in our project. He’s reading the script and we’ve made him an offer. We’d really love to bring him on board at least in some capacity, hopefully a nice juicy cameo role!

We also wanted to send out a sneak peak of one of our killer’s masks, which is still in the early concept phase. Our amazing wardrobe director Liz Rishel built this from scratch!

Skinny Puppy's Nivek Ogre is Officially Part of Scream Park!

Kevin Ogre Ogilvie

It's official! We can finally let the 'Puppy' out of the bag and announce that Kevin 'Ogre' Ogilvie is participating in the Scream Park project! Negotiations are ongoing as to final details, so be sure to keep an eye on the blog, Twitter and Facebook for further announcements.

Saying how excited and honored we are to have Ogre aboard hardly expresses it. Those working on Scream Park are not only rabid horror fans but dyed in the wool Skinny Puppy fans as well.  Ogre's participation takes this project to a whole new level.

Support Scream Park by visiting our IndeGoGo campaign and making a contribution. Scream Park is just the first film in the "Save the Slasher" campaign.  Be a part of it today! It helps our project as well as IndieGoGo and all the future filmmakers who are going to use it.  We believe in this project and would love to bring it to the big screen for all to see!
