Bio
Playing the role of Jock “Tony”, Dean Jacobs is a homegrown Pittsburgh Actor, who got his start on the local stage at the historic Little Lake Theatre & respected South Park Theater. Dean’s played such roles as “Pinocchio”, “Charlie Bucket” from Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, and “Joe Crowell” from Our Town.
After a 10 year athletic hiatus, Dean returned to acting in a big way, landing his 1st audition and role, playing “Stomper 2” in Tjardus Greidanus’s A New York Heartbeat, starring Eric Roberts, Rachael Brosnahan, and Escher Holloway. From there, Dean was a Featured Extra in several films from Paramount & Walden Media/20th Century Fox , as well as, being a Stand-In for Oscar Isaac in 20th Century Fox’s Steel Town and passed on an offer to Stand-In for Tom Cruise, in Paramount’s One Shot.
Dean has also starred in a local Zombie Short film, Spineview, produced by two Pittsburgh Non-Profit Organizations. He played the familiar role of Zombie Jock, “Robbie”.
Scream Park is Dean’s 5th venture into film, so he’s now more comfortable than ever in front of the camera and excited to dive into this bloody new adventure.
